HUNT provided architectural services for a $20M Additions & Alterations project for the Northern Tioga School District. The project is comprised of an addition at both high schools and renovations to all district schools. Renovations included heavy MEP upgrades, IT and security upgrades, and updates to existing classrooms. The $8.375M renovations and addition at Williamson High School included a new STEM suite with vocational components for a CAD Classroom, Small Engine Shop, Robotics Classroom, Spray Booth, Storage spaces, Wood Shop, and Metal Shop. HUNT worked with the District through design to construction phases for the project, including the completion of PDE’s PlanCon reimbursement program. The STEM addition totaled 15,193 SF, renovations throughout the school covered 29,495 SF.
